Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes work for purchases from Lowly Rug L.L.C. (“Lowly Rug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Subscriptions

Some Lowly Rug products or services may be offered through paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, billing periods, and renewal details will be shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

2. How to Cancel

If you purchased a subscription directly through Lowly Rug or Stripe, you may cancel by contacting us at support@lowlyrug.com or through any account management tools we provide.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation must be managed through your Apple account subscription settings.

If you purchased through Google Play, cancellation must be managed through your Google Play subscription settings.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable after a subscription period begins.

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including for accidental duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent access, or other exceptional circumstances.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

4. App Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund decisions may be handled by Apple or Google according to their policies and processes.

We may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed through Apple or Google.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused, limited, or canceled. You may need to update your payment method to continue using paid services.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated as required by the platform or payment processor used for the subscription.
